The upcoming suspense thriller Amaravati Police Station is set for a summer release, starring Bigg Boss Season 11 contestant Dharma Keerthiraj as an undercover cop. The film also features Gururaj Jaggesh in a pivotal role and Vedvika as the female lead. Set in the fictional coastal town of Amaravati, the recently unveiled teaser offers a glimpse into a world of mysterious disappearances, shocking murders, and unexpected twists.

Written, scripted, and directed by Puneeth Arasikere, the film revolves around the disappearance of a village head, followed by the vanishing of the police officer investigating the case. As the mystery unfolds, an intriguing connection to the Naga Sadhus comes to light. Speaking about his role, Dharma Keerthiraj shares, “I play an undercover cop, and the action sequences are unique, making Puneeth’s story exceptionally gripping.”

Director Puneeth Arasikere reveals that 90% of the film was completed in just 36 days, with only the climax and a song sequence left to be shot in Goa and Hindupur. A romantic track will be released on March 17, coinciding with Puneeth Rajkumar’s birth anniversary, while the film is expected to hit screens by late March or early April.

Produced under the PP Power Pictures banner by K.R. Pradeep Kamalapura, the film also features an ensemble cast, including Bhavya, Sadhu Kokila, Cockroach Sudhi, and others. The film’s music is composed by Ronada Bakkesh, with cinematography by Gautham Matti, action choreography by Different Danny and Ultimate Shivu, and editing by Venky UVD.
