Singer Sid Sriram has yet again captured hearts with 'Mungaru Maleyalli' from Andondittu Kaala, starring Vinay Rajkumar and Aditi Prabhudeva. The song has captivated listeners and sparked an emotional connection since its debut. Released by Ganesh and Pooja Gandhi of Mungaru Male fame, the track has amassed millions of views. Following the song’s success, the film's team recently interacted with the media, sharing insights about this upcoming project.
Vinay Rajkumar began by saying, “The warmth with which 'Mungaru Maleyalli' has been embraced is heartwarming. Our film features five soul-stirring tracks, each carefully crafted by music director V Raghavendra, who has provided us with beautiful compositions. Andondittu Kaala tells the story of a filmmaker's journey, drawing from director Keerthi's personal experiences and those of his close friends. Director Keerthi Krishna offered a glimpse into the backstory behind the song’s creation: “The song’s creation was a process, and at one point, our composer was struggling to find the right melody. In a moment of frustration, he sang a tune, and that’s when the magic happened! Initially, we had hoped to bring in Sid Sriram to sing the track, but his fee was a barrier. Yet, the producer was determined, and in a twist of fate, Sid Sriram ended up recording the song himself, which I believe played a significant role in its success.”
Andondittu Kaala also stars Nisha Ravikrishnan, Jagappa, Aruna Balraj, and features a special guest appearance by Ravichandran. Filmed across the picturesque locations of Bengaluru and Thirthahalli, the film is being produced under the Bhuvan Cinemas banner, with Abhishek Kasargod’s cinematography.
