With KGF, Yash solidified his position as a pan-India actor, connecting audiences across India. Now, he's all set to take his stardom to global heights with his upcoming film Toxic: A Fairy Tale for grown-ups. A recent glimpse in the form of a birthday teaser hinted at the film's ambitious international scope. The film is currently in its fourth phase of shooting, and speculations are rife that it will be released in Kannada and multiple languages. What's particularly interesting, however, is the choice of English as the primary global language, further expanding its reach. The makers of Toxic are set to be working diligently to partner with top global distributors, ensuring the film’s widespread release across international markets.

The buzz surrounding Toxic stems not only from Yash's involvement but also from the visionary behind the lens—director Geetu Mohandas. With accolades such as the National Award and the prestigious Global Filmmaking Award at the Sundance Film Festival in her kitty, Geetu Mohandas has always pushed boundaries. This collaboration with Yash marks a major leap, blending her storytelling with his magnum presence.

Produced by Venkat K Narayan under the banners of KVN Productions and Yash's Monster Mind Creations, the film aims to offer something unique—a fusion of global storytelling with Indian roots. The choice of actors like Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi, and Tara Sutaria, along with British actors Darrel D’Silva and Benedict Garrett, is said to have been a meticulous process, with each one handpicked for their ability to embrace their characters and bring them to life on a global stage.

The film's tagline, “A fairy tale for grown-ups,” challenges perceptions and explores complex yet universal themes.

In terms of technicians, the team behind Toxic includes cinematography handled by none other than Rajeev Ravi. Jerry Stack composed the music for the title teaser, and Ravi Basrur worked on the latest teaser. However, there has been no official confirmation on who is composing the music for the film.

Yash and his team are looking to make Toxic a game-changer in both Indian and international cinema, primed to make a global impact.
