Krishna Leela actor Mayuri Kyatari returns to television after nine years

Kannada actor Mayuri Kyatari, who rose to fame with the television serial Ashwini Nakshatra starring Karthik Jayaram in 2015 and later transitioned to films, is set to return to the small screen. She has acted in Kannada films, such as Krishna Leela, Ishtakaamya, Nataraja Service, Kariya 2, Rustum, and Pogaru.

After a gap of nine years, Mayuri will make her comeback with the TV serial Nanna Devru. In this daily soap, she will portray a village nurse inspired by philanthropist Sacchidananda, played by Avinash Divakar. The serial is produced by Shruthi Naidu and directed by Ramesh Indira, who recently gained attention for his roles in Sapta Sagardaache Ello and Kotee. He also directed Premier Padmini, starring Pramod.

The cast of Nanna Devru includes Yukta Malnad, Swathi, and V Manohar.
