The shooting for FireFly, the debut production of Niveditha Shivarajkumar, daughter of renowned actor Shivarajkumar, has officially concluded. Produced under the Shri Mutthu Cine Services banner, the film also marks the directorial debut of Vamshi.
To celebrate the completion of production, the film’s team has released a sneak peek into the journey of bringing FireFly to the big screen.
Niveditha Shivarajkumar expressed her excitement, saying, "Having been immersed in cinema and stories throughout my life, FireFly represents the first step in fulfilling my dream of bringing my favourite stories to life on screen. As we wrap up shooting, I am deeply grateful to Vamshi and the team, including the senior actors, whose remarkable skills have greatly contributed to this project. The memories created with this team will be cherished forever."
She added, "While every journey has its end, the completion of FireFly feels more like the start of a new adventure. I am eagerly anticipating the moment when we can share our film—a story about the search for interstellar light—with the world."
Debutant Vamshi, who also stars in the lead role, appears opposite Rachana Inder in the film. The cast of FireFly also includes prominent actors such as Sudharani and Achyut Kumar, along with Sheetal Shetty and veteran artist Moogu Suresh.
The film’s cinematography is handled by Abhilash Kalathi, and the music is composed by Charan Raj. Raghu Niduvalli has written the dialogues, and Jai Ram is the co-director of the film.
