Click marks the entry of noted music director Ravi Basrur’s son, Pavan Basrur, into tinsel town. Directed by Shashikumar, this flick is positioned as a children’s movie with Pavan playing the lead role alongside Karthik, Silli Lalli Anand, Chandrakala Mohan, Sanju Basaya, Sumana, Rachana Dasharath, and others.
The makers expressed their search for a young talent ended with the 16-year-old Pavan, who caught their attention through videos posted by his father during his birthday celebrations.
Click, which carries the caption ‘The talent in you,’ is a drama that explores the mindset of children who face neglect at home, their academic struggles and the resulting insecurities. The film is currently in the post-production stage.
Click is produced by Shashikiran under the Sharanya Films Banner. The music for the film is composed by Vishwas Koushik, with Akash Parva handling the background score.
Jeevan Gowda takes care of the cinematography, while Vinay Kumar is in charge of editing.
