After the epic period romantic drama, Sita Ramam, Dulquer Salmaan and Mrunal Thakur are set to reunite in a music video for AR Rahman's 'Bheegi Bheegi'. A teaser was released for the music video, which will release on February 2.
While AR Rahman is composing music for 'Bheegi Bheegi', his son, AR Ameen, will be singing it, with Jasleen Royal's vocals also being featured on the track. Irshad Kamil has written the lyrics of the song. The music video for the song is directed by Sanjna and Rohan.
The glimpse of the music video offered an insight into the pair who are featured in several fantasy and dystopian settings. The video is also features cross cut visuals which are in colour, and black and white.
Sita Ramam, was directed by Hanu Raghavapudi, and also featured Rashmika Mandanna, Tharun Bhascker, Sumanth, and Gautham Vasudev Menon, in its cast. The film follows the story of Afreen who goes on a journey to deliver a letter from an Indian Army soldier Ram (Dulquer Salmaan), to his lover Sita (Mrunal Thakur).
