Netflix original Korean series Karma got its trailer on Monday, in which it was announced the series will be streaming on the platform from April 4.

Karma, starring Shin Min-a, Lee Hee-jun, Kim Sung-kyun, Lee Kwang-soo, and Gong Seung-yeon, revolves around a fatal and irreversible accident that intertwines six lives, who are then made to come to terms with their dark truths and connections in this saga of karma and crime.

The series, adapted from the Kakao webtoon of the same name, is written and directed by Lee Il-hyung of the hit film A Violent Prosecutor (2016) fame. His last film was Remember (2022), which is a remake of the 2015 Canadian film of the same name.

Other characters in this series include a distraught debtor plotting on his father's life after discovering there is a 500 million won insurance policy on him, a woman coming face-to-face with evidence of her darkest nightmares, a reckless driver desperate to erase evidence of his crime before being apprehended by a witness demanding hush money.

The series is produced by Moonlight Film, Baram Pictures, and Kakao Entertainment with Netflix.
