Bhediya song Apna Bana Le: Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon romance in the hills

Apna Bana Le, the second song from Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon’s upcoming creature-comedy Bhediya, was released on Monday. The song is crooned by Arijit Singh along with Sachin-Jigar who has also given the music. The lyrics are written by Amitabh Bhattacharya.

The song’s video shows a bearded Varun and bob-cut Kriti romancing in the backdrop of the picturesque hills of Arunachal Pradesh. They are seen walking on lush green grasslands, cycling, and sitting by the lakeside.

The film is directed by Amar Kaushik and produced by Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films. Its first song Thumkeshwari was also released recently and had a surprise cameo by Shraddha Kapoor, who was part of Amar’s previous film Stree. This hints at a connection between the characters of Stree and Bhediya.

There have also been reports that Stree 2 is in the works. Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha will reunite for the film which will also have a cameo by Varun’s Bhediya.

Apart from Stree and Bhediya, Dinesh Vijan is also making a vampire film with Ayushmann Khurrana and Samantha Ruth Prabhu.

Bhediya will be released in theatres on November 25.
