

At the trailer launch of Drishyam 3, titled Drishyam: The Conclusion, held in Goa on Wednesday, Ajay Devgn revealed that the film is "completely different" from its Malayalam counterpart.
The Hindi version of Drishyam (2015) and it's 2022 sequel takes its plot from the Malayalam originals, helmed by Jeethu Joseph and starring Mohanlal.
"This is the first film in the franchise with a completely different script. It's not like we have made some changes, an entirely new script has been written," said Ajay.
"I want Lal (Mohanlal) sir to see the film. It will be nice to get his approval and his response would make all of us very happy," added Ajay.
While the first Hindi Drishyam (2015) was helmed by the late Nishikant Kamat. The subsequent film and now the third part is being helmed by Abhishek Pathak. Drishyam 3 will see new additions to the cast, as Jaideep Ahlawat and Prakash Raj join the franchise along with Tabu, Shriya Saran and Rajat Kapoor reprising their roles.
Drishyam: The Conclusion is scheduled to release on October 2.
