Actor Saiyami Kher’s first look from filmmaker Vikram Phadnis’s upcoming yet-to-be-titled romantic drama was unveiled on Monday.
Saiyami will be playing the role of a fashion photographer in the film. In her look, she is seen holding a professional camera amidst a natural outdoor backdrop. Saiyami said that for the role she took inspiration from photographer-friend Taras Taraporvala.
“Vikram narrated the film and it was a yes right away for me. Actors like me are dying to get such meaty parts. Every time I get an opportunity like this, I consider myself very blessed,” said Saiyami.
“I play a photographer in the film. It’s always wonderful to pick up s new skill with every film,” she added.
The film also stars Tahir Raj Bhasin and Viineet Kumar Siingh in pivotal roles. Marking an important milestone for Vikram, the project will be his first Hindi directorial film to release, making it a particularly special venture for the filmmaker.
