Earlier we had reported that Anurag Kashyap’s dark, psychological-thriller Kennedy will be landing on OTT in February. The official premiere date of the film, starring Rahul Bhat and Sunny Leone, is now out. Kennedy will start streaming on ZEE5 from February 20.
The streaming platform took to social media on Wednesday to share a new poster from the film and make the announcement, “Darker, deadlier, and undeniably Kashyap. The world-celebrated story of Kennedy is finally coming home on ZEE5 #Kennedy, the most awaited film premieres 20th Feb, only on #ZEE5.”
Produced by Umesh Kumar Bansal, Ranjan Singh, Akshay Thakker, and Kabir Ahuja, Kennedy tells the story of an ex-cop (Rahul Bhat) who operates as an assassin for the Mumbai police, while being baited for some information he has been waiting since years. He soon gets involved in high-rung socio-political nexus that has much darker secrets buried underneath.
Rahul Bhat and Sunny Leone play lead roles in the psychological thriller. Aamir Aziz makes a special appearance as a stage artist whose politically aware poetry tie the narrative together.
