The trailer release date of Anurag Kashyap’s next, Nishaanchi, is out. After the teaser and few songs from the film were shared by the makers, its trailer is now scheduled to drop on Tuesday (September 3).
Led by debutant Aaishvary Thackeray in a double-role, Nishaanchi follows the tangled journey of two brothers on starkly different paths, their choices shaping their destinies. The film also features Vedika Pinto, Monika Panwar, Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub, and Kumud Mishra.
Earlier, talking about the film Anurag had said, “Nishaanchi is my full-on Salim-Javed zone of film; it has the hero, the drama, and the payoff a film must deliver. I spent 69 days on it, and it’s my longest and most elaborate shoot yet.”
Produced by Ajay Rai and Ranjan Singh under the banner of Jar Pictures, in association with Flip Films, and directed by Anurag Kashyap, the film is written by Prasoon Mishra, Ranjan Chandel, and Anurag Kashyap. The movie is slated to release in theatres on September 19.
