In a fresh honour for Karan Johar, the filmmaker-producer is all set to represent Indian cinema at the Marrakech International Film Festival in their prestigious 'Conversation' series where he features among some top names from the Hollywood industry. With Bong Joon Ho, Guillermo del Toro, Andrew Dominik, Laurence Fishburne, and Jodie Foster in the lineup this year, it adds yet another feather to Karan Johar’s cap.

Moreover, Neeraj Ghaywan's recent critically acclaimed hit Homebound has secured a gala screening at the festival. This is the latest recognition in the long line-up of laurels and nominations the film has received. Produced by Karan's Dharma Productions, the film stars Ishaan Khatter, Vishal Jethwa and Janhvi Kapoor in lead roles. Martin Scorsese served as the film's executive producer.
