The first part of Nishaanchi — a two-part saga by Anurag Kashyap which had theatrical release in September, began streaming on November 14 on Prime Video. However, the streamer also threw a major surprise for all Kashyap fans by also releasing the 2nd part of Nishaanchi series, directly on their platform.

Starring Monika Panwar, Vedika Pinto, Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub, Aaishvary Thackeray in leading roles, Nishaanchi tells the story of two brothers embroiled in a generational tale of oppression, violence, and never-ending search for redemption. Aishvary played the double role of twin brothers. Nishaanchi follows the twin brothers who share identical features but starkly different values — a story of brotherhood, betrayal, love, and redemption set against the backdrop of crime and punishment.

Part 1 introduces Manjari (Monika Panwar), a former trap sharpshooter, and her twin sons — Babloo and Dabloo (Aaishvary Thackeray). Drawn into Ambika Prasad’s (played by Kumud Mishra) gang, Babloo’s world spirals out of control when he falls in love with Rinku (Vedika Pinto), the daughter of a man he once killed, turning his life of crime into a battlefield of guilt and revenge. Part 2 continues the saga as Babloo seeks redemption but is pulled back into Ambika’s world, leading to an explosive finale where buried truths surface and justice takes its course.
