The trailer of Anupam Kher directorial Tanvi The Great was unveiled by the makers on Monday. Introducing Shubhangi in the lead, the film has an ensemble cast of actors like Jackie Shroff, Boman Irani, Arvind Swami, Pallavi Joshi, Nasser, Iain Glen, Karan Tacker and Anupam Kher himself.

The trailer introduces us to Tanvi (Shubhangi), an autistic girl, who has come to Lansdown to visit her stoic grandfather, retired armyman Raina (Kher). Tanvi’s antics amaze and sometimes irritate Raina. Tanvi’s father, Samar Pratap Raina (Karan), was also an army officer but it is hinted that his reputation was tarnished by some undisclosed incident. To clear her father’s image, Tanvi decides to join the Army and thus begins an autistic girl’s inspiring story.
