Vineet Kumar Singh has returned to Mumbai after being stranded in Dubai due to the closure of airspace in the middle east on Monday. The actor shared updates about his journey on Instagram.
On Monday night, he took to Instagram stories and wrote that he was waiting at the gate of his flight after completing his boarding. The flight took off eventually and the actor reached Mumbai at around 3 am on Tuesday.
Speaking to News18 after landing, Vineet said, “We were clueless around 10 pm. Then we got the news that boarding started. Flight takeoff [was] little late but everything was fine. Emirates Airlines and Dubai airport staff helped everyone."
The airspace in Qatar was temporarily closed on Monday night due to heightened threats as Iran launched six missiles towards US bases in Qatar.
On the work front, Vineet was most recently seen in Sunny Deol’s actioner Jaat, where he played a negative role. He also played a pivotal role in Vicky Kaushal’s blockbuster, Chhaava. Both the films did well in theatres.
