A new poster from the third season of Manoj Bajpayee’s The Family Man was unveiled by the makers on Tuesday. Created by Raj and DK, the show also stars Priya Mani, Gul Panag and Sharib Hashmi in pivotal roles.
In the poster, Manoj wears a long suit and dons a serious look on his face as there are gun-wielding men pointing in his direction. The caption to the post read, “All eyes on our family men. The Family Man On Prime, New Season, Coming Soon."
The filming for the third season was completed earlier this year in January. Sharing photos from the shoot, Raj and DK wrote, “It's a wrap on Season 3 of The Family Man! Thank you to the wonderful crew and cast for going through with the toughest shoot yet!” A release date for the third season is yet to be revealed.
The first season of the series premiered in 2019 and told the story of middle-class man Srikant Tiwari, played by Manoj, who works for the special cell of the National Investigation Agency. While the first season followed Srikant and others investigating a terror attack, the second season, which premiered in 2021, explored the military resistance of Tamilians from Sri Lanka. It ended with a glimpse into the potential conflict in season 3 involving a Chinese attack on India. The third season of the show is reportedly set in Nagaland.
