Aur Mohabbat Kitni Karoon’, a song from Anurag Basu’s upcoming romantic-drama Metro…In Dino was unveiled by the makers on Friday. It is sung by Arijit Singh with lyrics by Sandeep Shrivastava and music by Pritam. The film stars Aditya Roy Kapur, Sara Ali Khan, Ali Fazal, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Konkona Sen Sharma, Pankaj Tripathi, Neena Gupta, Anupam Kher and Saswata Chatterjee.

The song features the individual love stories of Aditya and Sara, Ali and Fatima, Konkona and Pankaj and Anupam and Neena. They are seen spending some good time with each other amidst some complexities of modern love. There are visuals of Sara sleeping on Aditya’s shoulders in a taxi which is matched with Konkona sleeping on Pankaj’s back as he rides a bike. Anupam and Neena are an old couple seen enjoying street food while a pregnant Fatima is seen lying on a hospital bed with Ali by her side. The vocals by Arijit add a sense of heartfelt warmth combining the innocence in the lyrics with flair.

Metro…In Dino is directed by Anurag Basu and follows stories of bittersweet relationships in a contemporary setting, exploring various aspects, hues, and moods of love. The film has a screenplay by Anurag with dialogues by Sandeep Shrivastava and Samrat Chakravarthy. It is a spiritual successor to Anurag’s 2007 romantic musical, Life in a... Metro, which told the story of nine people living in Mumbai and how their fate intertwines with each other.

Produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Anurag Basu, and Taani Basu, it will be released in theatres on July 4.
