Mohit Suri, who is currently basking in the success of his romantic-musical Saiyaara, took to social media on Thursday and thanked Sandeep Reddy Vanga for supporting the film. Mohit said that he admires Sandeep's craft and respects the intensity in his stories.

Taking to X, Mohit said, “Sandeep, thank you for being the first one to openly support and express your generous belief in Saiyaara. It meant the world coming from a filmmaker whose craft I deeply admire. I’ve always respected the raw emotion, fearlessness and intensity you bring to your stories. It reminds me why we do what we do to move people, to connect. Grateful to walk this path alongside storytellers like you. Here's to more powerful cinema and always a fan!”

When the trailer of Saiyaara released, Sandeep had shared it on social media and wrote, “Witnessing a Hindi heartland love story completely emphasizing on romance and drama. Waiting to watch it on the first day. Wishing the debutants all the very best. It's purely Mohith suri's Magic.”

Earlier, Mohit had praised Sandeep in an interview and said that he loves his films. “Very few people think Arjun Reddy and Kabir Singh have no difference. I feel there is a big difference between the two films. There is more emotion in the second part. I loved Animal. I messaged him during Animal that I am a Sandeep Reddy Vanga fan,” he told Filmygyan in an interview.

Saiyaara is currently doing wonders at the box-office. As per Sacnilk, it has crossed Rs 150 crore since its release last week. It marks the Bollwood debut of Ananya Panday’s cousin, Ahaan Panday and also stars Aneet Padda, known for starring in the web-series Big Girls Don’t Cry.
