The shoot for Vivek Agnihotri’s The Delhi Files: The Bengal Chapter has been wrapped. The director took to social media on Tuesday to share a reel that shows the film’s crew celebrating at a wrap-up party. In the video, the crew can be seen cutting a cake.
"And... it's a WRAP! The Delhi Files - Bengal chapter. Releasing Independence Day 2025,” Vivek captioned the post.
Previously, the makers shared a teaser for the film, which showed a frail Mithun Chakraborty reciting the Constitution’s Preamble.
Vivek had also said that The Delhi Files would be part of a trilogy, including The Tashkent Files (2019) and The Kashmir Files. The Delhi Files is slated to release on Independence Day (August 15) this year.
