As Saif Ali Khan is recovering from a knife attack at Lilavati Hospital, his sister Saba Pataudi recently took to social media to inform that she recently visited the Sacred Games actor and that he has been “recovering well.”
Saba took to Instagram stories and posted a photo of herself with a plaster on her hand, revealing her own recent injury. She also expressed how their family is staying united at such a tough time.
“So good to be back and spend time with Bhai. Happy to see him stay positive and recover gradually and steadily during the past 2 days. While I didn’t realise I’d fractured my finger until recently… Glad to be with family! Always together,” she wrote on the picture. (sic)
As per India Today, Saif is likely to be discharged today between 10 am and 12 pm.
On Sunday, police arrested the attacker, Shariful Islam Shehzad Mohammad Rohilla Amin Fakir, a Bangladeshi national who was staying in India illegally after changing his name to Vijay Das. After he was arrested, the metropolitan magistrate's court in Bandra remanded him in five-day police custody.
