Actor Paramvir Singh Cheema is set to make his big-screen debut with Border 2. He is known for working in the OTT space in shows like Chamak and Tabbar. He was last seen in Vikramaditya Motwane’s prison-drama Black Warrant.
Speaking of his involvement in the film, Paramvir said, "I am still in a delusion that all of this is happening. The first thing I did was call my grandmother and say, ‘Border 2 cinema dekhan jana hai.’ It is an experience I am not able to put in words. Just one song keeps running in my head—'Sandese Aate Hai’!"
Border 2 is being helmed by Anurag Singh, known for directing Kesari, Punjab 1984 and Dil Bole Hadippa!, among others. It stars Sunny Deol, Diljit Dosanjh, Varun Dhawan and Ahan Shetty in pivotal roles.
Produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, JP Dutta and Nidhi Duttais, the war-drama is set to be released in theatres on January 23, 2026.
