Dhurandhar 2 gets a release date

After six years, Aditya Dhar's newest directorial venture, Dhurandhar has been released theatrically. The 3.5 hour spy thriller is a return to roots venture, for the director of Uri: The Surgical Strike (2019). But a major reveal awaited the viewers of Dhurandhar, as the makers have revealed that a sequel to the film will be released on March 19, 2026.

Earlier actor Rakesh Bedi mentioned that the film will be released in a couple of months. With the film's release, the makers have cleared the air with an exact date.

Ranveer Singh leads the cast of the spy thriller which follows the story of an Indian intelligence operative, who infiltrates Pakistan's underworld at the behest of an Indian spymaster.

The cast of the film also includes Akshaye Khanna as Rehman Dakait, R Madhavan as Ajay Sanyal, Sanjay Dutt as Chaudhary Aslam, and Arjun Rampal as Major Iqbal of the ISI. Sara Arjun makes her debut as a lead, after being part of several projects as a child actor.

According to Sacnilk, Dhurandhar has already collected Rs 10.78 crores at the Indian box office.
