Housefull 5 Teaser: Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh and Abhishek Bachchan return for laughs and thrills

The teaser of Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh and Abhishek Bachchan’s Housefull 5 was unveiled by the makers on Wednesday. Directed by Tarun Mansukhani, the film also stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Sonam Bajwa, Nargis Fakhri, Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, Nana Patekar, Chitrangada Singh, Fardeen Khan, Chunky Pandey, Johnny Lever, Shreyas Talpade, Dino Morea, Ranjeet, Soundarya Sharma, Nikitin Dheer, and Akashdeep Sabir in pivotal roles.

The teaser opens on a cruise with a quirky flute music playing in the background. All the actors are introduced in small clips from the film. Veteran actor Ranjeet also makes an appearance, giving a callback to his role in the earlier part of the franchise. Not much is revealed about the plot, but there seems to be a mysterious killer hiding in the shadows, wearing a mask. There are multiple murders that take place and the film seems to be a blend of comedy and murder mystery.

As per a press release shared by the makers, “Housefull 5 takes audiences aboard a luxurious cruise, promising a rollercoaster ride of endless laughs, twists, and a killer comedy with chartbuster songs.”
