Actor Adah Sharma has joined the cast of the upcoming second season of comedy thriller Sunflower.
Speaking on her collaboration, the actor said, “Stepping into this well-loved universe is both a privilege and a challenge, and I can't wait for everyone to see the uniqueness of my character. The actor also said how after doing drama in The Kerala Story and action in the Commando franchise, Adah wants to try her hand at comedy. “I speak in Hindi, Tamil, Marathi and English in the show, and I am hoping the audience will have a lot of fun,” she added.
Others part of the cast include Sunil Grover, Ashish Vidhyarthi, Ranveer Shorey, Girish Kulkarni among others.
Sunflower released in 2021. The black comedy series was directed by Vikas Bahl. The show, which consisted of eight episodes, revolves around a murder mystery based in a middle-class housing society in Mumbai called Sunflower.
Sunflower’s second season will stream on ZEE5 soon.
