The debut music video of Jacqueliene Fernandez titled ‘Stormrider’ was released on Friday. It is composed and written by Amrita Sen and Robin Grubert with additional lyrics by Jake Stark and Subhi Khanna.
In the video, Jacqueliene performs wearing exotic costumes in dramatic lighting giving a euphoric atmosphere to it. The music is a mix of electronic and features both English and Hindi lyrics. The video shifts to a red lighting setup in the middle and a series of flashes that signify the theme of a storm that is incoming. The video is directed by Sandeep & Chadrick and choreographed by Kiel Tutin.
Speaking about the music video, Jacqueliene said, “When I ventured into music, it wasn’t just about creating songs—it was about expressing my story, emotions, and journey. Music is more than sound; it’s about connection, resilience, and empowerment. I have spent almost a year on this single, conceptualizing and looking into every look of mine in the video, and each one is powerful, with deep meaning behind it.”
She added, “My single ‘Stormrider’ is very close to my heart because it’s about embracing change, finding strength in the storm, and riding the waves of life with courage and grace. I have poured my heart into this track, and I can’t wait for everyone to experience this chapter with me.”
Jacqueliene is currently shooting for Housefull 5, which also stars Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Abhishek Bachchan, Nargis Fakhri and Chitrangada Singh. It is slated to release in 2025. Along with that she will also be seen in the American action film Kill Em All 2 with Jean Claude Van Damme.
