The trailer for Rajkummar Rao and Triptii Dimri’s Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video was unveiled by the makers on Thursday. The film is written and directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa and also stars Vijay Raaz, Mallika Sherawat, Mast Ali, Archana Puran Singh, Mukesh Tiwari, Rakesh Bedi, Tiku Talsania, and Ashwini Kalsekar.
The trailer introduces Rajkummar as Vicky, a middle-class young man living in Hrushikesh who marries Triptii’s Vidya. On his request, the two decide to shoot a video of their first-night after marriage. As the DVD of the video gets stolen, Vijay Raaz's cop character comes to investigate. He falls for Mallika’s character, and there’s a funny exchange that happens between the two. The trailer is filled with some quirky dialogues and a startling comic timing of the actors.
The film is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Shobha Kapoor, Ektaa R Kapoor, Vipul D Shah, Ashwin Varde, Rajesh Bahl, Raaj Shaandilyaa and Vimal Lahoti. It is set to be released in theatres on October 11.
