Akshay Kumar unveiled a mysterious motion poster on Saturday, possibly hinting at a new project. There are no further details about the poster and he will make the announcement on his birthday on September 9.
The poster features a demonic figure that is meticulously designed with horns and red eyes. A red cloth floats around it. Akshay wrote in the caption, “Ganpati Bappa Morya! What could be better than a day like today to hint at something special coming your way? The reveal is set for my birthday. Stay tuned!”
According to some online reports, Akshay is returning to collaborate with Priyadarshan on a horror-comedy film.
Akshay has been having a tough time making his films work at the box-office. His recent releases, and Sarfira and Bade Miyan Chote Miyan have fared poorly at the theatres. Khel Khel Mein, which released on August 15, didn’t do well either at the box-office as it clashed with Stree 2 and Vedaa.
