A new poster of Alia Bhatt and Vedang Raina starrer Jigra was unveiled by the makers on Thursday. The film has been directed by Vasan Bala.
In the poster, Alia can be seen in a combat mode. We see her from behind standing atop a burning vehicle with a hammer in hand as Vedang’s blue visage towers over her.
Taking a dialogue from the film, Alia captioned the post, “Tu mere protection mein hai (You are under my protection).”
The film's previously released announcement video suggested it is about a sister who would go to any lengths to protect her brother.
It was earlier reported in February that the film has been wrapped. Jigra was originally scheduled to come out on September 27 but it was later announced in June that the film will hit the theatres on October 11.
