Ali Fazal has returned to work following a brief paternity leave. The actor will resume shoot for his upcoming films: the Sunny Deol and Preity Zinta starrer Lahore 1947 and the Kamal Haasan headliner Thug Life.
Ali and his wife, actor Richa Chadha, recently welcomed a baby girl on July 16, 2024. During this time, Ali had taken a short break to support his wife and relish his new role as a father.
“Becoming a father has been the most fulfilling experience of my life. I cherished every moment of my break, staying close to Richa and our daughter. Now, I am ready to juggle my responsibilities and return to the sets with renewed energy and enthusiasm,” he said in a statement.
When it comes to other projects, Ali has Raj & DK’s Rakht Brahmand, Anurag Basu’s Metro In Dino and the Hollywood film Afghan Dreamers in the pipeline.
