Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 trailer: It’s Kartik Aaryan’s Rooh Baba vs two Manjulikas- Vidya Balan and Madhuri Dixit

The trailer of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 was unveiled by the makers on Wednesday. Anees Bazmee’s third segment of the horror-comedy franchise will see Kartik Aaryan return in the role of Rooh Baba and Vidya Balan as Manjulika. The new star cast includes Triptii Dimri and Madhuri Dixit Nene.

The trailer shows that Ruhaan (Kartik), also known as Rooh Baba, has landed in Kolkata and is now swindling people there. A new client (played by Rajesh Sharma) employs him to go to a fictional royal estate called Rakht Ghat. In his quintessential way, Ruhaan manages to trick everyone in the royal place (including the Maharaja, played by Vijay Raaz) that he is their prince. But terror is looming in the royal corridors in the form of the evil spirit Majulika. There is heavy VFX in the trailer as we see shots of bats circling around the palace. In several scenes Vidya and Madhuri face off against each other and it is left open ended as to who is the real Manjulika amongst them. Triptii has a brief presence in the trailer and it seems like she is playing a love-interest.

The films ensemble cast also includes Rajpal Yadav, Sanjay Mishra and Ashwini Kalsekar.

Produced by Bhushan Kumar, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 will release in theatres on November 1 and it will clash with Singham Again at the box office.
