The trailer of Arshad Warsi and Meher Vij starrer Bandaa Singh Chaudhary was released on Tuesday. Directed by Abhishek Saxena, the film has been produced by Arbaaz Khan and Manish Mishra.
The setting is in Punjab in the year 1975. Arshad plays the titular Bandaa Singh Chaudhary, an eager bachelor. He is head-over-heels on Meher Vij’s character and wishes to marry her. However, things take a different turn as sectarian violence breaks out and Bandaa Singh, a Hindu, is asked to leave the village by Sikhs. He decides not to and takes up arms to save his family.
The film is slated to release on October 25.
Arshad was last seen in Akshay Kumar’s Bachchhan Paandey (2022). His lineup includes Welcome To The Jungle and Jolly LLB 3.
