Shah Rukh Khan’s Kal Ho Naa Ho to re-release in theatres

Shah Rukh Khan’s romantic-drama Kal Ho Naa Ho will be re-released in theatres on November 15, the makers said on Tuesday. Written by Karan Johar, the film marked the directorial debut of Nikkhil Advani and also starred Saif Ali Khan and Preity Zinta in pivotal roles.

The makers shared a poster featuring glimpses of Shah Rukh, Saif and Preity from the film. The poster contains a line from the title track of the film, ‘Har pal yahan jee bhar jiyo (Live every moment with a lot of heart)’. In the caption, the makers wrote, “’Laal ab sabke dil ka haal hai’, hone wala ab kamaal hai! (Everyone’s heart has turned red and it is going to be a lot of fun now) Kal Ho Naa Ho re-releasing in cinemas on 15th November”.

The film released originally on November 28, 2003 and became the highest-grossing Hindi film of the year. It follows the story of Naina (Preity) and Aman (Shah Rukh), who fall in love but he doesn’t express his feelings to her owing to a secret. Rather, he sets her up with her best-friend, Rohit (Saif).
