Fans of Shah Rukh Khan spotted the script of his upcoming film King in a new video that was posted on a fan page. In the video, the actor is sharing his experience of working with Santosh Sivan, who recently won Pierre Angenieux Excellens at the 77th Cannes Film Festival. Shah Rukh collaborated with the cinematographer-director in the 2001 film Asoka, where Santosh served as the director.

King will reportedly also star his daughter Suhana Khan and is touted to be an action-thriller. It is being helmed by Sujoy Ghosh and is expected to go on floors from July. It is co-produced by Shah Rukh’s Red Chillies Entertainment and Siddharth Anand’s Marflix Pictures.

Shah Rukh Khan was recently hospitalised after he suffered from heatstroke following the Qualifiers match of his team Kolkata Knight Riders at the Indian Premier League (IPL). He was rushed to the hospital as he recovered soon to attend the final match.

He had three releases last year starting with Siddharth Anand’s Pathaan in January, Atlee’s Jawan in September and he ended the year with Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki. Meanwhile, Suhana Khan made her debut to films with Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies, which released directly on Netflix.
