Actor and social media influencer Uorfi Javed will be making her film debut with Love Sex Aur Dhokha 2. The film is directed by Dibakar Banerjee and is a spiritual sequel to the 2010 film of the same name. Tushar Kapoor and Mouni Roy will be doing a cameo in the film.
Uorfi began her career by acting in television serials including Bade Bhaiyya Ki Dulhania (2016), Kasautii Zindagii Kay (2020) and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (2020). The actor also appeared in the reality show Bigg Boss OTT Season 1. She shot to fame due to her unique fashion sense when her photos started getting popular on social media. According to the makers, Uorfi’s digital presence goes in line with the themes of the film, which tells the story of love and relationships in times of social media.
Love Sex Aur Dhokha 2 is produced by Ektaa R Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor, and the film will be released on April 19, 2024.
