Anil Kapoor opened up recently about the rising pay-scale of actors and opined that everyone should be realistic about it. At the same time, he said that he should get what he deserves and not to be taken granted for.
In an interview with India Today, the actor said, “I think we should be realistic. It's very necessary now. I think the reason I have had such a long career is because I have always been very realistic about it. To be honest, most of the time, I always step into their (the producers') shoes (while quoting fees). Of course, I don't want people to also take me for granted. I should get what I deserve. But yes, I have survived so long because I understand these things, and have always been conscious about it.”
He will be seen hosting the TV reality show Bigg Boss OTT season 3, replacing Salman Khan. The show will premiere on JioCinema on June 21.
Anil was last seen in the aerial action-thriller Fighter alongside Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone. He also starred in Savi recently, which was directed by Abhinay Deo.
