Abhishek Bachchan buys six apartments for over Rs 15 crore

Abhishek Bachchan has bought six apartments in Mumbai’s Borivali area for Rs 15.42 crore, as per documents accessed by Zapkey.com. The six flats have a combined area of 4,894 square feet and were sold at Rs 31,498 per square feet, as per a report in Money Control. The sale agreement was signed on May 5, 2024.

The apartments are part of the Oberoi Sky City project by Oberoi realty.

According to the registration documents, the first apartment has a carpet area of 1,101 sq ft, and was bought for Rs 3.42 crore. The second and third apartments, each with a 252 sq ft area, were priced at Rs 79 lakh. The fourth and fifth apartments, with carpet areas of 1,101 sq ft and 1,094 sq ft, were sold for Rs 3.52 crore and Rs 3.39 crore, respectively. The sixth apartment was also priced at Rs 3.39 crore.

The flats are reportedly located on the 57th floor of the high-rise building along the Western Express Highway (WEH) in Borivali East. Interestingly, Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput also own an apartment in the building.

On the film front, Abhishek was last seen in the Saiyami Kher starrer sports-drama Ghoomer. He has Be Happy and Shoojit Sircar’s next, a slice-of-life film, in the pipeline.
