New promo video from Kill promises intense violence and gore

A promo video from Karan Johar and Guneet Munga’s production Kill was released by the makers on Wednesday. It gives a glimpse into the violent world of the film through a gory fight sequence. Directed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhat, the film stars Lakshya, Raghav Juyal, and Tanya Maniktala.

The video features the character of Lakshya boarded on a train and beating some thugs violently in a brawl. There are some extremely gory and graphic visuals of violence in the fight scene. Sharing the video, the makers wrote in caption, “A sneak peek of BLOOD. BLOOD. And BLOOD! Starring Lakshya, Raghav Juyal & Tanya Maniktala. Written and directed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhat. #KILL, India theatrical release - 5th July. Warning: This film contains violent content which may be intense and disturbing for some viewers. Viewer discretion is advised.”

Earlier, the teaser of the film was released that introduced two lovers taking a train journey as some goons infiltrate the train.

Last year, the film had its premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) where it was appreciated for its action sequences. Nikhil, the director, has earlier helmed films like Apurva (2023) and Brij Mohan Amar Rahe (2017). Kill will be released in theatres on July 5.
