Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan has brought two floors, worth Rs 37 crore, in the same building in South Delhi where his father and mother Gauri Khan once used to stay.
As per a report in The Economic Times, Aryan purchased the property in Delhi’s Panchsheel Park. Shah Rukh owns the ground floor and the basement of the building.
The transaction, registered in May 2024, saw Aryan pay Rs 2.64 crore in stamp duty.
It is the same building where Shah and Gauri used to stay early in their life. Now, the residence has been designed by Gauri herself because of its emotional significance in their life.
As per the report, Shah Rukh Khan also owns a heritage villa in Panchsheel Park that spans 27,000 sq ft. He purchased the property in 2001 for over Rs 13 crore, and it is now estimated to be worth around Rs 200 crore.
Previously, Shah Rukh’s daughter Suhana Khan had purchased a farmland in Maharashtra’s Alibaug for Rs 12.91 crore. A year later, in February 2024, she acquired a beachfront property near Mumbai in coastal Maharashtra. The beach-facing property cost her over ₹10 crore, including stamp duty charges.
On the work front, Suhana made her debut with Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies. She will next be seen with her father Shah Rukh Khan in Sujoy Ghosh’s King. Aryan is also set to make his directorial debut with the web series Stardom.
