First look of Kay Kay Menon’s detective drama Shekhar Home unveiled

The first look of Kay Kay Menon’s detective drama series Shekhar Home was unveiled by the makers on Thursday. Directed by Rohan Sippy and Srijit Mukherjee, the series is inspired from the books of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle featuring the flamboyant detective Sherlock Holmes. It also stars Ranvir Shorey, Rasika Duggal, Kirti Kulhari, Dibyendu Bhattacharya and Shernaz Patel in pivotal roles.

Jio Cinema shared a motion poster of the show, which features Kay Kay Menon as the protagonist with a mysterious music playing in the backdrop. In the caption, they wrote, “Piece it together and you'll realize HE is the only one who can solve all mysteries. Shekhar Home coming soon exclusively on Jio Cinema Premium.”

Shekhar Home is produced by BBC studios. It is written by Aniruddha Guha (Rashmi Rocket, Malang), Vaibhav Vaishal (Rana Naidu, Scam 1992) and Niharika Puri. More details from the project are awaited.

Kay Kay Menon last featured in the Netflix series, The Railway Men which was based on then 1984 Bhopal Gas Tragedy. It also starred Babil Khan, R Madhavan and Divyenndu in pivotal roles.
