Motion poster of Akshay Kumar’s Khel Khel Mein unveiled

The motion poster for Akshay Kumar’s Khel Khel Mein was unveiled by him on Tuesday. Directed by Mudassar Aziz, the comedy-drama also stars Taapsee Pannu, Vaani Kapoor, Ammy Virk, Aditya Seal, Pragya Jaiswal, and Fardeen Khan in pivotal roles.

The poster features all the actors putting a finger of their lips as a peppy music is heard in the background. In the caption, Akshay wrote, “Yaaron waala khel… Yaari waali picture! Band Baaje ke mahaul mein… Band Bajaane waali picture! Say ‘hello’ to the biggest family entertainer of the year! Khel Khel Mein releasing in cinemas on 15th August 2024.”

As per reports, the film is a Hindi remake of the 2016 Italian comedy-drama Perfect Strangers. It will see Akshay reunite with Taapsee after Mission Mangal (2019). He has worked with Vaani before in Bell Bottom (2021). The film will also mark the big screen return of Fardeen Khan after 14 years.

The film is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Vipul D. Shah, Ashwin Varde, Rajesh Bahl, Shashikant Sinha, and Ajay Rai. It was earlier scheduled to hit theatres on September 6, but the release date was moved ahead. It will now hit the theatres on August 15, along with Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor's Stree 2 and John Abraham, Sharvari's Veda.
