Yami Gautam and Aditya Dhar announce pregnancy at the trailer launch of their film Article 370

Actor Yami Gautam and her director-husband Aditya Dhar announced on Thursday that they are expecting their first child. The two shared the news during the trailer launch of their upcoming film Article 370.

Speaking about this, Aditya said that working on the film was a ‘family affair’. He said, “My brother was there, my wife was there and there was a baby on its way. It was an amazing time, the way the film happened and the way we got to know about the baby.”

Yami praised Aditya for supporting her during the shoot and added, “If you ask me about motherhood, I really don't know what I would have done had Aditya not been there by my side, and Lokesh bhaiya (brother-in-law) and everybody.”

Aditya and Yami met on the sets of Uri: The Surgical Strike (2019) and got married in 2021. Article 370 is based on the abrogation of an important provision in the Indian constitution that gave Kashmir special status. The film is directed by Aditya Suhas Jambhale and produced by Aditya Dhar, Lokesh Dhar and Jyoti Deshpande. It will be released in theatres on February 23.
