Singer Mika Singh recently revealed that he used Aamir Khan’s limousine and luxurious hotel suite by mistake while on a world tour in the USA in 1999. The singer was new to the industry back then and was confused as he didn’t know many things. However, he said that Aamir was humble and didn’t create a fuss.
During a conversation on the YouTube channel Kadak, Mika said, “I was offered a world tour in 1999, which also included Aishwarya Rai, Aamir Khan, Rani Mukerji, and Twinkle Khanna. I was new to the film industry at the time. During the tour, I got the chance to travel with Aamir. I didn’t have much knowledge back then. While we were touring in the USA, I stepped out of the airport and saw a limousine parked outside.”
Sunidhi Chauhan and her father was also part of the tour along with him. “I didn’t know much about Bollywood then. I just asked Sunidhi and her father to get into the limousine with me, and we drove to the hotel. It turned out that the car was actually meant for Aamir Khan.”
Even when it came to staying at the hotel, Mika got it all mixed up and ended up using the suite that was booked by Aamir. “After some time, Aamir came and knocked on the door. When I opened it, he asked if it was my room. I confidently said, ‘Yes.’ He didn’t make a fuss—he just went to the other room and stayed there. Aamir was so humble about the whole situation,” he recalled.
