The character posters of Siddhant Chaturvedi and Malavika Mohanan from the action-thriller Yudhra was unveiled by the makers on Tuesday. The film’s trailer will be out on August 29, the makers said. Helmed by Mom (2017) director Ravi Udyawar and written by Sridhar Raghavan, the film also stars Gajraj Rao, Ram Kapoor, Raj Arjun, Raghav Juyal and Shilpa Shukla.
In Siddhant’s poster, he is seen smoking a cigarette with bruises on his hand. In the caption, it was written, “Yudhra - Anger is his weapon, death is his companion. Yudhra Trailer releases on 29th Aug.”
In another post, the makers shared the look of Malavika who plays the character of Nikhat in the film. They wrote in the caption, “Nikhat: The flame that fuels Yudhra’s fire.”
Yudhra features music by Shankar Ehsaan Loy and Prem and Hardeep with lyrics by Javed Akhtar and Raj Ranjodh. It is shot by Jay Pinak Oza (Gully Boy, Toofan).
The film has long been in the making and its first look poster was unveiled in August 2021 which featured Siddhant holding a gun and a lollypop in his hands. It was slated to release in Summer 2022, but got postponed.
It is produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar and co-produced by Kassim Jagmagia and Vishal Ramchandani with Stuti V Ramachandra and Saurabh Khandelwal serving as executive producers.
