Vidyut Jammwal’s Crakk – Jeetega… Toh Jiyegaa gets OTT release date

Vidyut Jammwal’s Crack – Jeetega… Toh Jiyegaa will be released on Disney+ Hotstar on April 26, the makers announced on Friday. The film is written and directed by Aditya Datt and also stars Arjun Rampal, Nora Fatehi and Amy Jackson in pivotal roles.

The makers posted a video featuring Vidyut to make the announcement. Vidyut gives a sneak peak into the film and introduces it as an ‘extreme sports action film’. The caption to the post read, “India ki pehli extreme sports action film ke liye ab Disney+ Hotstar ka maidan khul gaya hai. Dekho Crakk ka deadly action, April 26 se (India’s first extreme sports action film will be out on Disney+ Hotstar. Watch Crakk’s deadly action from April 26)”.

In the film, Vidyut plays a man from the slums of Mumbai who embarks on a journey into the dark and dangerous world of underground sports which is headed by Arjun’s character. The film marks Vidyut’s second collaboration with director Aditya Datt after Commando 3 (2019). Aditya is known for directing films like Aashiq Banaya Aapne (2005) and Table No. 21 (2013).  

Crakk is produced by Vidyut Jammwal and Abbas Sayyed and co-produced by Adi Sharmaa, Sunil Karda and Aditya Chowksey. It was released in theatres on February 23 and garnered mostly negative reviews.
