Rohit Shetty shares new poster of Deepika Padukone as Lady Singham

Deepika Padukone stars as an IPS officer in Rohit Shetty's Singham Again, which went on floors last September. Rohit announced the start of the film's production back then, alongside a poster featuring Deepika as Lady Singham. Now, the filmmaker has shared another poster of the actress from the film. Unlike the earlier poster, where Deepika sits on top of a pile of human thugs, the new poster catches her in a more jovial mood as she makes a lion-like gesture with her hands.

Singham Again introduces Deepika Padukone's IPS officer character into Rohit Shetty's Cop Universe. It is the third film in the so-called Cop Universe. In the film, Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor, and Ranveer Singh reprise their roles of Bajirao Singham, Avni Kamat, and Sangram Bhalerao, respectively.

Singham Again marks the reunion of Deepika with her Chennai Express and Cirkus director Rohit Shetty. The film is slated for an August 15 release.
