Karan Johar partners with Jr NTR’s Devara for North theatrical distribution rights

Karan Johar took to Instagram on Wednesday to announce his partnership with Jr NTR’s Devara: Part 1 for North theatrical distribution rights. The film is helmed by Koratala Siva and marks the Telugu debut of Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan. It also stars Meka Srikanth, Prakash Raj, Shine Tom Chacko, Kalaiyarasan, Murali Sharma, and Narain marking their Telugu debut.

Karan shared a poster of the film along with a group photo with Jr NTR and makers of the film. In the caption he wrote, “A mass hurricane of grandeur entertainment is CLOSER THAN EVER BEFORE! Honoured & extremely grateful to be a part of - Man of Masses Jr NTR’s #Devara. We are extremely thrilled & proud to announce our partnership for the north theatrical distribution rights for the next big cinematic experience in Indian cinema!”

Anirudh Ravichander is the music director for the film and it is produced by Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, Sudhakar Mikkilineni, and Kosaraju Harikrishna under the banner Yuvasudha Arts. It will be released in theatres on October 10.
