Varun Dhawan shares BTS photos from his upcoming film Baby John

Varun Dhawan took to his Instagram on Tuesday to share behind-the-scenes photos from his upcoming film Baby John. Directed by Kalees, the film also stars Keerthy Suresh, Wamiqa Gabbi, Jackie Shroff, and Rajpal Yadav in pivotal roles.

In the photo, Varun is seen wearing a black hoodie with the name of the film written on it. He stands on a platform on the set with some blood make-up on his face. In the caption, he wrote, “#BABYJOHN -day 70. Filming relentlessly till the sun didn’t rise and then also our unit kept going. One of the hardest shoots I have been on.”

Earlier, a first-look video of the film was unveiled, which showed Varun in an action avatar. Along with that, a poster was released where Varun dons an intense look as he stands holding a sharp weapon in his hand. He wears a ponytail on his head, and it was superimposed with a mythological figure in the background. It featured the quote, “No beast is more savage than man when possessed with power answerable to his rage.”

Baby John is presented by Atlee and produced by Murad Khetani, Priya Atlee and Jyoti Deshpande. It will be released in theatres on May 31.
