Reliance Entertainment unveils streaming slate for 2023

The production house has announced ten shows for development and four in the works

Reliance Entertainment unveils streaming slate for 2023

Indian production house Reliance Entertainment, known for producing Sacred Games in the streaming space, has announced ten shows for development and four in production.

The streaming slate for 2023 includes Rohit Shetty's Indian Police Force and Vikramaditya Motwane's Jubilee, both for Prime Video. The former revolves around a Delhi police officer, while the latter is touted to be a Bollywood saga.

The second season of Sunil Grover-starrer Sunflower, directed by Vikas Bahl, is in pre-production. Meanwhile, Milan Luthria's untitled series is in post-production. 

Gurmeet Singh, Shilpi Dasgupta, and Mrighdeep Singh Lamba are working on a story of star-crossed lovers set against opium smuggling. A crime thriller from Tigmanshu Dhulia is also in the works. 

Sridhar Raghavan, the writer of Pathaan, is developing a supernatural thriller along with Aquaman writer David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick and Peter Safran. David is also collaborating on another supernatural show written and directed by Vikram Bhatt. This report is according to an agreement cited by Reliance Entertainment. 

In addition, Sridhar's show about the adventures of a teenager and Garima Pura Patiyaalvi's show about young girls' journey in a strict convent school are scheduled to go into production soon. A crime thriller from writer Sudeep Nigam and a woman-led spy thriller from Anand Neelakantan is also in the works.
